Shipping Policy

We’re a small shop. We pack and ship with care, and we want you to know exactly what to expect — including the wait. Slow shipping is real. Slow reading is real. We hope they go together.

Where we ship

Right now we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand. If you don’t see your country at checkout, email us — we may be able to help.

Processing time

1–3 business days. We pack orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Our items are sourced from trusted partners overseas. Delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 14–30 days (most arrive in 18–22 days)
  • Canada: 18–35 days
  • United Kingdom & EU: 15–30 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 18–30 days

These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Customs holds, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally extend them. If your order is more than 45 days late, email us and we’ll make it right — see our Refund Policy.

Shipping cost

  • US, UK, EU: Standard shipping calculated at checkout, typically $3.99–$6.99 depending on weight.
  • Free shipping on US orders over $35 (gift sets and bundles included).
  • Express shipping is not currently offered. We’re working on it.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number. We email it as soon as the parcel is scanned at the carrier — usually within 3–5 days of order. Tracking updates can be sparse during international transit; this is normal. Your parcel is moving even when the tracking page is quiet.

Customs and duties

For most US orders, no customs fees apply (under the de minimis threshold). Other countries vary:

  • UK: VAT may apply on orders over £135.
  • EU: VAT applies on all imports as of 2021. Some carriers collect at delivery.
  • Canada, Australia: thresholds vary by province/state.

Any customs, duties, VAT, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, not ours. We do not undervalue parcels or mark them as gifts to avoid duties — please don’t ask.

Lost or damaged parcels

  • Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your carrier first. If it doesn’t turn up after 5 days, email us with your order number.
  • Damaged in transit: photograph the parcel and the item within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We’ll replace or refund.
  • Lost in transit (no tracking update for 14+ days after dispatch): email us at 30 days from order date and we’ll open a carrier investigation.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct it within 24 hours of order if you email immediately. After dispatch, address changes are not possible — and parcels returned due to wrong addresses are subject to a re-shipping fee.
